Dawn Redwoods
There are several woodland trails with marvelous old trees, some of which we had not seen before i.e: the Dawn Redwoods. It was a beautiful day for a walk in the woods and the air was fragrant with the smell of pines and spruce trees. In the charming childrens' area we had fun climbing onto what looked like a chair for giants. It made you feel as if you were three years old again. On the banks of one of the ponds we found some rustic wooden chairs set so that you could look out at the water and meditate. As we returned to our cars, we all had smiles on our faces because of the moments we had shared in that magical place.
