Harmony in Action
April 12th, 2010. Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, New York City. The World Harmony Run was launched in New York City today many nations strong and surrounded by hundreds of well wishers.
World Harmony Run coordinators from around the globe joined with members of the diplomatic community in a "Parade of Nations" ceremony passing flaming torches from hand to hand. Delegates offered moving tributes to the spirit of harmony, some of whom had been at the global torch relay's inception in 1987.
