A. We offer “heart center” meditation. This a method wherein we calm the mind using proven meditation techniques  in order to enter the spiritual heart. It is one of the fastest ways of making spiritual progress.

Santiva Morrison is a substitute teacher in the Seminole Co. Public School systems for all ages and has been studying meditation with Sri Chinmoy for nearly 30 years since she was a teenager living in Mexico.

Orlando Sri Chinmoy Meditation Group

The Orlando Sri Chinmoy Meditation Group meets regularly for meditation sessions throughout the year and with the other Florida Sri Chinmoy Centres in Hialeah, Miami and Tampa.

We are very involved in the annual activities of the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run both in Florida as well as travelling to Mexico to support the spread of world peace.
