Essentials-Water

Four essential food groups for the conscious eater

We are composed of more than two thirds water. Water is needed to sustain every aspect of the innumerable metabolic processes we undergo daily. Water also embodies consciousness and purifies both inwardly and outwardly.

What water to drink?  The great debate over tap water, filtered water, bottled water and other types of processed water continues. If you have health issues or are concerned about relative purity of  bottled water, distilled water seems the purest: toxins are left behind as water is distilled into steam which is then promptly bottled for sale. How much water to drink? Probably more than you tend to drink, some recommend ten eight ounce glasses per day!

Note on Smart Plastics. Beware of re-using commercial plastic bottles, or leaving water bottles in your car. Chemicals from the plastics can leach into the water, especially if left in the sun. Even more especially if the type of plastic container is numbered 3, 6 or 7 within the triangle imprinted on the container bottom. These plastics are potentially more toxic than 1,2,4 or 5, the smart plastics. Though still a matter of debate, it is far easier to simply avoid them.

Water represents consciousness and water also embodies consciousness.
